0. The Fool - he is, archetypally speaking, Nothing. He does not traditionally claim a name for himself, though this cycle he has used Don Orlea. Fortune sometimes calls him Griffin, a holdover from the previous cycle.
1. The Magician - ROSE, she/her as discussed
2. The High Priestess - ...she has many names, and will answer to any suitably feminine and mystic name. The Moon is still upset that she laid claim to 'Selene' in particular, this cycle.
3. The Empress - Mei. She/her, as may be obvious from her idiom's inclusion of motherhood.
4. The Emperor - Hakan Caesar, and again, his idiom includes fatherhood. The Travelers sometimes call him 'Emperor Emperor.'
5. The Hierophant (deceased) - Cephas, he/him. Fell to infighting.
6. The Lovers - PSYCHE or Anima. Fortune sometimes calls her Vi. She can be a dual being but I am uncertain if that changes her pronoun choices.
7. The Chariot - Cairbre, it as discussed
8. Strength - Durga, she/her
9. The Hermit - SAGE. Fortune and a few others sometimes call him Ix. He spends most of his time in wolf shape after the events of a match earlier in this cycle.
10. The Wheel of Fortune - Fortuna. She also answers to Felicia. Fell to idiomatic refutation; later revived.
11. Justice - Astraea, she/her
12. The Hanged Man - Pendu. I do not believe Pendu has expressed any particular preference when it comes to pronouns; indeed, expressing a preference of any sort would not be idiomatic.
13. Death - Mort, he/him
14. Temperance (deceased) - Sinregado, they/them. Fell to eldritch interference.
15. The Devil - MALBOLGE, zie/zem
16. The Tower (deceased) - Abaddon. Again, I am not certain of a pronoun preference, and we are no longer in any position to ask, until the World is claimed. Fell to Traveler treachery, likely with the assistance of a third party.
17. The Star (deceased) - Hoshiko, she/her. Fell to idiomatic refutation.
18. The Moon - LUNE. 'She' or 'they' will both do.
19. The Sun - SOL, he/him
20. Judgement - Penuel, they/them
